Kindle e-readers are more popular than ever, but they’re not exactly all cheap. So, if you’ve been putting off purchasing one until you see it go on sale, it’s your lucky day. For the first time in a while, Amazon has a few Kindle options on sale right now for its Amazon Book Sale, which is ongoing until April 28 (almost as if the retailer were reading your mind!). For one, the popular new Kindle Colorsoft is seeing a price drop alongside the Kindle Paperwhite.
That’s not quite all: On top of some Kindles being on sale, plenty of Kindle e-books are going for cheaper prices now as well. You’ll be happy to know that many of the world’s favorite novels and other stories are going for considerably reduced prices. Hurry, though, because retailers like Amazon get rid of sales almost as fast as they go live, so you’ll want to make sure you catch these Kindles and e-books while they’re at the price they are right now.
Kindle E-Reader Sales
The Kindle Colorsoft Signature Edition (with the redesigned display, might I add) is $55 off. What’s great about the Colorsoft is that you can read pages in color if needed. For kids, that means picture books! For teens and adults, your manga and comic strips can also be read in more vibrant detail than ever. Still, you can go ahead and read any book, color or not, and have it with you whenever you need. This option comes with 3 months free of Kindle Unlimited if you need it.
Also on sale is the Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition, which you can snag for $25 off. Just know that the battery on this one is strong. A single charge via USB-C can last 12 weeks!
Kindle E-Book Sales
Kindles are made for reading books. That said, it’s good that Amazon has so many of them on sale. You can count on seeing some picks from Oprah’s Book Club here, like An American Marriage by Tayari Jones, as well as a heavy-hitter from Jodi Picoult (yes!). Even more, there are staples in literature, horror, and just some good ol’ fiction and book-to-movie adaptations that are worth checking out. Be careful, though, because containing yourself from splurging might be hard with sales this good.
