And, per usual, the couple looked as adorable as ever. This was the fourth year Ballerini has hosted, although this is the first time the country singer took the hosting stage solo. Ballerini was nominated for Video of the Year, Female Video of the Year, and CMT Performance of the Year. But in our eyes, the real winner was the affordable $12 lip gloss used in her glam.
The star sported a sexy fitted red David Koma gown adorned with lace, while Stokes opted for a Dolce Gabbana suit featuring a white blazer and black trousers. Ballerini accessorized her look with chunky diamond rings, long flowing blonde hair (with not a single hair out of place, by the way), and an effortless makeup look. According to her makeup artist’s Instagram breakdown — Kelsey Deenihan Fisher — the singer shimmered in CoverGirl’s Clean Fresh Yummy Gloss in color Moonlight Eclipse.

Ballerini then hopped on the chrome nail trend with celeb nail artist Kair Mosh mixing one shade of Olive and June’s $9 Long Lasting Polish in shade pink capiz and pink goldfish. She then topped the nails off with the brand’s $7.50 Quick Dry Polish. And in case you’re wondering about that gorgeous hair like we are — with little to no flyaways — Ballerini’s team reached for this $6 hairspray last year at the CMA’s. You can thank us later.
