If there’s one thing Zendaya excels at, it’s sporting street style. The Spider-Man actress has made waves in the fashion industry as long as we can remember, accentuating trends like wearing comfy tennis sneakers, reapplying Fenty Beauty lipstick during a Wimbledon tennis match, or reinstating the sensation that is ballet flats. As she bore tennis style this past year thanks to her starring role in The Challengers, Zendaya has since been taking her boldness to red carpets, while keeping it casually chic out on the town.
Most recently, the Dune actress was spotted in very oversized trousers (and as we all know, oversized anything is so in these days). To recreate the look, you can shop Abercrombie & Fitch’s $90 Sloane Tailored Wide Leg Pant that’s available in nine colorways—with the closest shades to Zendaya’s being gray plaid or black. The pants come in sizes extra short to long, but you’ll want to hurry to shop them because select sizes and lengths are already out of stock. The trousers have the same pleated, wide leg, and ultra-high rise design as the Euphoria star’s.
Zendaya paired the pants with crisp white sneakers, a baggy vintage tee, and traditional jewelry (a necklace and classic stud earrings). She then finished the look with minimalist makeup and a slicked-back bun. If you need some inspo on a vintage tee to match with the trousers, and already are shopping at Abercrombie & Fitch, then you may want to opt for this $40 Oversized Spice Girls Graphic Tee or $40 Oversized Matisse Graphic Tee. Both are super similar to Zendaya’s style, so either tee will pair stunningly with the trouser color of your choosing.
This week, the singer’s other jaw-dropping look featured a couture piece from Bob Mackie at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction ceremony. While it’s super unlikely we’ll be able to recreate that vault dress anytime soon, we’ll stick to replicating Zendaya’s iconic street style wear.
