Where to Stream Every Spider-Man Movie Before Seeing Brand New Day

The last part of the Tobey Maguire series, which audiences saw in 2007, features three hard-hitting villains: Sandman, Venom, and the New Goblin (played by James Franco). Maguire then finds out who’s responsible for Uncle Ben’s death.

Seven years later, Peter Parker gets a new face in Andrew Garfield when he’s bit by a genetically altered spider. Parker hunts for clues related to his parent’s disappearance, while Dr. Curt Connors, AKA a giant reptilian lizard, becomes his toughest battle yet.

Parker struggles to protect his girlfriend Gwen Stacy, played by Emma Stone, while grappling with villains Electro and Green Goblin. After a tragic event occurs (even though it’s been out since 2014, we’ll save you from this spoiler), Spider-Man hangs up his suit until another criminal takes the spotlight.

Here enters: Tom Holland. The 2017 film introduces yet another Peter Parker, an outcast high school kid in Queens, who’s being mentored by none other than Tony Stark (who you may recognize as Robert Downey Jr.). Parker navigates a new enemy, The Vulture (Michael Keaton), alongside his best friends Ned and MJ (Zendaya).

The crew heads to Europe on a school trip when Mysterio, played by Jake Gyllenhaal, takes Stark’s remaining advanced technology to an evil new level. Ned, MJ, and Parker fight Mysterio’s holographic universe in London. If you’re looking for ample action, this film is certainly a top choice!

A famous face from the MCU makes an appearance in the third installment of Holland’s films: Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch). Parker seeks aid from Strange to inflict a memory spell on the world after his identity is exposed, but instead, it exposes a multi-universe that brings back nostalgic villains (and Peter Parkers) from previous sagas.

This 2018 movie is a Sony Pictures Animation that was made in association with Marvel, but isn’t considered apart of the MCU. Therefore, you don’t have to watch this series in alignment with the real-world Spider-Man movies. It features five powerful Spider-people, including New York teen Miles Morales, who gains powers from a radioactive spider bite (you know the story!).

The second 2023 animated film focuses on Morales’ ability to assimilate to a new school while honing in on his heroic powers. This one ends on a cliffhanger...and we’ll leave it at that.
