Actress. Born Jennifer Leigh Morrow on February 5, 1962 in Los Angeles. The daughter of actor Vic Morrow and screenwriter Barbara Turner, Leigh became interested in acting at a young age. After taking classes with Lee Strasberg, she began acting professionally in televison movies, most notably as an anorexic teenager in The Best Little Girl in the World and in the seminal teen flick Fast Times at Ridgemont High. As Leigh bridged from child to adult actor, memorable films included 1990?s Miami Blues and Last Exit to Brooklyn, 1993?s Single White Female and 1995?s Georgia.
Leigh married film writer-director Noah Baumbach in 2005. The couple filed divorce in 2010.
