As Spotify prepares to go public, Wixen Music Publishing, which administers work by Tom Petty, Neil Young, Stevie Nicks and others, has brought a lawsuit alleging the streaming giant uses tens of thousands of songs without a license and compensation.

Lana Del Rey said that Radiohead are suing her for copyright infringement over a chord progression on her latest album. Del Rey says the song wasn’t inspired by ‘Creep’ and she offered 40 percent royalties, but it wasn’t enough.
