Korean actor Bae Yong Jun made it big with TV hits such as Love Greeting before his 2003 big-screen debut in Scandal.


Actor Bae Yong Jun was born in Seoul, Korea on August 29, 1972. He started out as a production assistant, but leaped to stardom as the lead on the Korean Broadcasting System's drama series Love Greeting in 1994. He followed up with roles on Hotelier and Winter Sonata, both of which were popular across Asia. Bae's numerous fans caused the closure of Narita Airport during his 2004 book tour.
