She's single, successful, worldly—and the object of affection of a mad dictator. Embattled Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi unwittingly provided a bit of comic relief this week when rebels ransacking his Tripoli compound came across a photo album featuring former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Rebels pored over the album, which contains photos of Gaddafi and Rice during 2008 diplomatic talks in Tripoli. The erratic Libyan leader reportedly once gave Rice a diamond ring and a locket with his own picture in it. "Leezza, Leezza, Leezza … I love her very much," Gaddafi told Al Jazeera in 2007. Rice remains mum on the infamous admirer, but U.S. State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said described the discovery as "deeply bizarre and deeply creepy." She said it, not us.
