It's been a rough summer for David Cameron. The British prime minister can't seem to catch a break. First with the phone-hacking scandal, and now another crisis has erupted in the U.K. Cities across England have erupted in riots over the past three days after police killed a 29-year-old man in London. It’s the worst unrest the country's seen in decades, with burning cars, smashed windows, and escalating violence in neighborhoods across the country. Cameron cut short a vacation to Tuscany and has recalled Parliament from summer break. Calling the scenes "sickening," Cameron said, "People should be in no doubt that we will do everything necessary to restore order to Britain's streets and to make them safe for the law-abiding."
