This disturbing documentary takes an up-close look at three Iowa families whose lives have been devastated by the No. 1 drug problem in rural America - methamphetamine, commonly known as "crank." We meet Rod and Jane, who say that "when you're on the needle, you can't quit"; Terri, a single mother who split up with her husband and allowed local addicts to live with her when she started using; and Karina, who says she'll throw her addicted husband out if he stays on crank after her baby is born.
