Savion Glover biography

American dancer and choreographer Savion Glover began taking tap lessons at age seven. At the age of 19, he became the youngest-ever recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts grant. In 1995, he choreographed and starred in the musical Bring in 'Da Noise, Bring in 'Da Funk, a hugely successful Broadway show that chronicled African American history. He won a Tony for best choreographer.
