Robert Cascoyne-Cecil was the 1st Viscount Cecil of Chelwood and a lawyer, politician and diplomat in the UK. He helped found the League of Nations at the end of World War I which served as the precursor to the United Nations. He won the Nobel Prize for Peace in 1937 for his service to the organization. He died in 1958 with no heirs and his Viscountcy became extinct.
