British-born Mark Burnett produced and directed a number of highly popular shows in the United States, including Survivor and The Apprentice.
Born in England in 1960, former soldier Mark Burnett began a career as a television producer and director in Los Angeles in the 1990s. He has produced and directed some of America's most popular shows. His notable projects include The Apprentice, Survivor and Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?
