Synopsis

Lisa Kudrow became known for her role as Ursula in Mad About You and then achieved major success as Phoebe Buffay (Ursula's “twin sister”) in the acclaimed TV series Friends (1994–2004). Her feature films include Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion, The Opposite of Sex, Happy Endings and P.S. I Love You. She has also appeared on the improvisational online Web series Web Therapy.

Actress. Born on July 30, 1963 in Encino, California, USA, Lisa Kudrow studied biology at Vassar College, then took up acting, becoming a member of the Groundlings, a Los Angeles improvisational comedy group.

After a range of small parts in television, she became known for her role as Ursula in Mad About You (1992), then achieved a major success as Phoebe Buffay (Ursula's ??twin sister??) in the acclaimed television series Friends (1994??2004).
