J.B.S. Haldane biography

Born in England in 1892, geneticist J.B.S. Haldane began working as an assistant to father at the age of 8, and later received his M.A. from Oxford. His work in evolutionary biology helped found the field of population genetics, or what is the analysis of mutation rates, population size and patterns of reproduction. His work closely relates to Darwin's evolutionary theory and Mendel's concepts of heredity.
