Anouk Aimée is an acclaimed French actress known for her roles in works like The Lovers of Verona, 8½, La Dolce Vita and A Man and a Woman.
Born on April 27, 1932, in Paris, France, Anouk Aimée would go on to star in The House on the Sea as a teen and won renown for her role in The Lovers of Verona. She starred in the Federico Fellini films La Dolce Vita and 8½ and received an Oscar nomination for the 1966 romance A Man and a Woman. More recent work has included Dr. Bethune, Ready to Wear and Happily Ever After.
