Actress Jennifer Leigh Morrow was born on February 5, 1962, in Los Angeles. The daughter of actor Vic Morrow and screenwriter Barbara Turner, Leigh became interested in acting at a young age. After taking classes with Lee Strasberg, she began acting professionally in televison movies, most notably as an anorexic teenager in The Best Little Girl in the World and in the seminal teen flick Fast Times at Ridgemont High. As Leigh transitioned from child to adult actor, memorable films included Miami Blues (1990), Last Exit to Brooklyn (1990), Single White Female (1993) and Georgia (1995).
Leigh married film writer-director Noah Baumbach in 2005. The couple filed for divorce in 2010.
