In 1933 Errol Flynn was offered a role in In the Wake of the Bounty. He took a few roles in British films and ultimately scored a contract with Warner Bros. in Hollywood. He went on to star in such colorful costume dramas as The Charge of the Light Brigade also some big-budget westerns.
