Hosni Mubarak ruled Egypt for nearly 30 years, surviving at least six assassination attempts before he was ousted from power in a popular uprising in February 2011. The deposed leader is now scheduled to go on trial August 3rd on corruption charges, and for ordering the killing of protesters who demonstrated against him. Now the former president, who faces the death penalty, refuses to eat solid food and grows increasingly weak, raising doubts as to whether or not he will be fit to stand trial. Could Mubarak's court date be postponed? Only time will tell.
