Portrait of the actor who went from the doldrums of B-movies to hitting it big on TV playing the scalding hot superstud, "McDreamy" on Grey's Anatomy. In the 1980s, many entertainment experts thought Dempsey would be the next "big thing" in Hollywood. But his career stalled out in the 90s, and he wound up marrying his manager, who was 27 years older. After a difficult divorce, Dempsey turned to kick-starting his career again, and with McDreamy, he's done just that.
