Biography - Reese Witherspoon: MiniBio

As a little girl growing up in Nashville, Reese Witherspoon dreamt of becoming a star and winning an Oscar. After years working as an actress, she landed the role of country music icon June Carter Cash in the film "Walk the Line," which brought her back to her hometown roots. She won the 2006 Academy Award for her performance.
