Lookalike of the Week: Power of the Pisces

W.H. Auden was an author, playwright, and poet. Ron Howard is an actor, director, and producer. Sounds like they would make a perfect team together in the arts. What other similarities do they share that would help make them a dynamic duo? Let's take a look:

W.H. Auden and Ron Howard have the same zodiac sign, Pisces. If you're an avid reader of horoscopes, you'd know that they would have both been having a good day today (at least, according to my astrological sources).

Acting
Once a child star, Ron Howard has made a successful career out of acting. He is best known for his roles as Opie Taylor on The Andy Griffith Show (1960-1968) and for his portrayal of Richie Cunningham on the hit sitcom Happy Days (1974-1984). While W.H. Auden is famous for his writing, he did spend a few brief moments acting as well. He played the role of Katherina in his school’s 1922 production of The Taming of the Shrew and played Caliban in its 1925 production of The Tempest.

Directing
Auden helped supervise the theatre production of some of his 1930s plays. Ron Howard has been credited for directing over thirty film titles, including How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000), The Da Vinci Code (2006), and The Dilemma (2011).
