Actor. Born on February 8, 1974, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Best known for his role as Scott Evil in Mike Myers' parody series Austin Powers, Green has established himself as one of the most popular young character actors in both film and television.
Green's onscreen career began at the tender age of 7. His uncle, a casting director, helped Green to get early commercial work. Soon, Green was appearing on behalf of Kodak, Burger King, RCA and others.
Green made his film debut as the ill-fated kid-brother Egg in the film adaptation of the bestselling John Irving novel The Hotel New Hampshire. Walk-on parts in several major television sitcoms followed and in 1987, Green was tagged to play a young Woody Allen in the nostalgic feature Radio Days.
But aside from the occasional television appearance, the mid-teens were slow years for Green. He won small parts in a number of movies, but few performed well with critics or at the box office.
But in 1997, Green caught the public's eye as Scott Evil in Mike Myers' Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery. Interactions between the bumbling Dr. Evil (Myers) and his crabby, rebellious son were so popular, Myers expanded the role in the 1999 sequel The Spy Who Shagged Me.
Meanwhile, Green managed to parley several guest appearances on the hit television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer into a regular role on the show. From 1997 to 1999, Green played Oz, an aspiring musician and werewolf.
Green followed with a steady stream of bit and ensemble roles in films like Enemy of the State (1998), Idle Hands (1999), America's Sweethearts (2001), and the screwball comedy Rat Race (2001).
In 2002, Green earned a starring role in the FOX sitcom Greg the Bunny, in which he plays Jimmy Bender, best friend of the temperamental puppet-star of the fictional children's show Sweetknuckle Junction.
